Next year could be very good year, for KU basketball, barring NCAA sanctions. Bryce Thompson our freshman McDonald's All-American guard, may be better than Dotson but so far we have no replacement for Azubuike. If Garrett and DeSouza were to both leave we'd have at least two spots open. As I've indicated, I think Garrett is a very talented guy, a big strong combo guard with a lot of skills. He is probably right now, an NBA level defender. So the depth chart, going into the summer has a lot of question marks and looks something like:
